ANA LUCA LLC RETURN POLICY
Sales are final. Our art, books, and apparel are made-to-order and limited in quantity. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We are not responsible for 'change of mind', so please consider your purchase carefully before finalizing your transaction.
The exception to our policy is an error made on our behalf. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged artwork or apparel item, notify us within 14 days of your delivery date at email@example.com, attaching required photos of the claimed damage and your original order receipt, and we will re-send you the correct item free of charge after your claim is approved. Read below for REPLACEMENT instructions.
If a frame arrives damaged, email your name, order receipt, and pictures of the claimed damage within 14 days of delivery date to firstname.lastname@example.org. After your claim is evaluated and approved, we will mail you a replacement at no charge within 3-10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for shipping.
Any damaged item must be shipped by you to our shipping department. We will supply the address via email after receiving your claim. Once your damaged item is received and your claim is approved, we will mail your new identical replacement item.
We are unable to offer exchanges of artwork or apparel. Each art piece is made-to-order. We cannot cover size exchanges or returns for buyer's remorse or change-of-mind. If you desire a different artpiece or merchandise item, please place a new order.
Exchanges of artwork for different dimensions are at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your cost, would need to be placed for artwork of a different dimension.
We carefully produce and package each art order. In the unlikely event that you receive an artwork or merchandise item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at email@example.com and we will send you a replacement of the same item you originally ordered. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the issue. Attach one close up photo of the alleged issue and one zoomed out photo of the full product. Once your submission is received, evaluated, and approved for replacement, we will send you an email confirming that a corrected replacement item will be mailed to you. Please allow 3-10 business days for us to create your replacement product, and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We reserve the right to refuse product replacement if the issue is not a production or shipping error which we control.
If you provided your correct address but did not receive your item (i.e. package was stolen, misplaced, lost, etc.), please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of your delivery date. (Reference your tracking number.) Our shipping department will look into the matter and work on getting you a replacement. If you provided an incorrect mailing address, we are not responsible for replacement. Please enter and review your order details carefully.
A unique Certificate of Authenticity for your art purchase is mailed within 30 days of purchase. It will arrive separate from your artwork, sent to the same shipping address as the art. No duplicates of Certificates can be issued. Please keep the document safe and protected.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
