ANA LUCA LLC SHIPPING POLICY
A Certificate of Authenticity for your art purchase is mailed as a letter, via USPS, within 30 days of your purchase. It will arrive separate from your artwork, sent to the same shipping address as the art. Please enter and review your order details carefully to ensure your shipping address is correct. No duplicates of Certificates can be issued. Keep the document safe and protected.
If you ordered canvas art, the fabric canvas and contemporary metal frame will arrive as separate packages, in separate shipments from each other. The frame arrives disassembled, with instructions and parts included. (The frame and canvas can be easily assembled in an average of 5-10 minutes. For any questions with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org) For paper print art, the print will arrive rolled in a mailing tube for safety.
Shipping is available to addresses within the United States only. All featured artwork is made-to-order in the USA within 3-10 business days after your order is placed. Please allow 3-7 additional business days for standard shipping. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking number within 10 business days of placing your order, please notify us via email at email@example.com so we may look into the matter.
Orders are shipped via the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
We offer replacement for artwork damaged in transit, lost in transit, or generally misrouted packages if a correct and full address was provided. If this applies, please submit a claim explaining the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after your delivery date. (Reference your tracking number.) Our shipping department will look into the matter and work on getting you a replacement. See our RETURN POLICY for more details.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our studio. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
If you provided an incorrect mailing address and the package was misdelivered, we are not responsible for replacement. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for a replacement artwork. Please enter and review your order details carefully.
Contact us at email@example.com before returning any items. We do not refund or exchange orders, per our RETURN POLICY. Exchanges of artwork for different dimensions are at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your cost, would need to be placed for artwork of a different dimension.
